Qualifications Graduate from certified school of Optometry | Fully licensed in Massachusetts as Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) | Possession and maintenance of Massachusetts DPH Controlled Substances Registration | American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required | Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required.
