Responsibilities:
Lead end‑to‑end implementation of the Opportunity to Order (Quote to Cash) process for SaaS products.
Design, prototype and assess CPQ solutions using Callidus CPQ or ServiceNow SOM in collaboration with GTM, Sales Ops, Sales, Deals Desk, Legal and Finance functions.
Conduct Fit‑Gap analysis and provide solution recommendations based on implementation experience.
Configure, price and quote for each product category, including dynamic pricing, discounting and bundling.
Maintain and manage subscription models, billing and BRIM integration.
Work with Workflow, Approval Management and User Management to support CPQ processes.
Qualifications:
3+ years as an Architect or Lead with solutioning experience in CPQ or SOM.
Deep expertise in SaaS business model and CPQ / Quote to Cash process areas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent understanding of SaaS products, subscription billing and BRIM.
Experience working cross‑functional with GTM, Sales Ops, Sales and Finance functions.
