This role will elevate our brand visibility across traditional search, answer engines, and generative AI platforms. You’ll lead the integration of AI‑powered organic growth strategies grounded in data science and rigorous technical insight.
Key Responsibilities
Design and launch a unified SAG‑EO (SEO/AEO/GEO) roadmap aligned with brand objectives—prioritizing AI‑informed visibility, structural authority, and citation‑ready content.
Build and lead a high‑caliber team of prompt engineers, data analysts, and AI‑savvy content strategists, fostering agile, cross‑functional collaboration.
Collaborate closely with paid acquisition teams to integrate keyword strategies, AI visibility, and landing‑page optimization into a seamless user journey.
Collaborate closely with e‑commerce, merchandising, and service line teams to align content strategy with patient journey mapping—ensuring cohesive, personalized content touchpoints that guide patients seamlessly from discovery to treatment and beyond.
Elevate AI‑generated content quality via prompt governance, structured formats (FAQ, tables), schema markup, and brand compliance adherence.
Drive the conceptualization and implementation of AI‑native SEO frameworks—transforming AI tools into scalable, production‑ready solutions to elevate search visibility and efficiency across digital marketing initiatives.
Track performance using advanced metrics—snippet visibility, generative AI citations, SERP volatility, and ROI.
Serve as the enterprise’s authority on AI‑informed search, sharing insights on generative trends, schema evolution, algorithm shifts, and voice/assistant strategies.
Architect and oversee the deployment of vector database systems for semantic search, content similarity, and recommendation workflows—empowering content strategists and broader marketing teams with rapid, AI‑driven insights and intelligent organizational knowledge.
Lead technical SEO automation, building pipelines using Python, SQL, SEO tools, and custom scripts.
Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) or equivalent AI model endpoints into analytics and marketing stacks for prompt testing and performance tracking.
Co‑lead brand reputation and sentiment strategies, ensuring content governance and proactive narrative alignment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, data science, quantitative marketing, or a related technical/analytical discipline.
Minimum of 3–5 years in director‑level roles leading AI‑driven or technically complex SEO or organic growth initiatives.
At least 12 years overall experience in SEO or organic growth, with extensive enterprise‑level mentorship and leadership.
Proven success with structured AEO tactics (snippets, FAQ) and advanced GEO approaches (entity building, AI‑content citation).
Demonstrated proficiency in automation and analytics pipeline creation using Python, SQL, APIs, and AI models.
Deep understanding of E‑E‑A‑T principles, brand trust mechanics, and AI‑enhanced indexation strategies.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
Preferably experienced in healthcare, regulated environments, or brand‑sensitive verticals where compliance matters.
