We are looking for an experienced
Software Engineer – GenAI
to design, develop, and deliver an agentic platform that manages operations, troubleshoots, and analyzes data across Aeris products (IoT Accelerator, AMP, Watchtower, etc.). The role entails research into cutting‑edge technologies, building AI agents, and ensuring successful delivery against OKRs.
About You
Passionate, innovative, and continuously challenging yourself and your team; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Minimum eight years of professional experience; preference for eight to twelve years in SaaS/PaaS product development.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language with the ability to quickly learn new ones (Node.js and Python are plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive and effective communication with product, engineering, and project stakeholders in a highly agile environment.
At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent discipline. Knowledge of electrical engineering is a plus.
Relocation assistance is not available; this position is located in San Jose, CA.
Bonus Points
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their applications.
Experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT).
Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Contributions to open‑source projects in the AI/ML space.
Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $205,000.
