About The Team The marketing team at Airwallex drives awareness, engagement, and advocacy for one of the world’s leading fintechs. We communicate the value of our solutions through innovative brand storytelling and data‑driven campaigns that attract new customers and deepen relationships with existing ones. In the U.S., we’re focused on building a powerful local presence—connecting our global brand to regional audiences through impactful field marketing programs, partnerships, and community engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the US Field & Brand Marketing strategy – Lead the creation of a comprehensive marketing plan that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue across key segments and geographies.
Lead field marketing activations – Design and execute regional programs (e.g., events, roadshows, partnerships, and community engagements) that connect directly with customers and prospects.
Build the Airwallex brand in the US – Localize the global brand narrative for the US audience through storytelling, media partnerships, thought leadership, and creative campaigns.
Drive integrated go‑to‑market programs – Partner with the Product Marketing and Commercial teams to launch new products and solutions in the Americas, ensuring consistency across brand, messaging, and customer touchpoints.
Manage strategic events and sponsorships – Own the US events calendar, including flagship customer events, industry conferences, and partner activations to build brand visibility and pipeline impact.
Collaborate cross‑functionally – Work closely with the Global Brand, Communications, and Growth teams to align regional priorities and amplify global campaigns in the US market.
Analyze and optimize performance – Measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track ROI, and continuously refine strategies based on data‑driven insights.
Champion customer insights – Surface local market and customer insights that inform positioning, creative direction, and field engagement strategy.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
12–15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with deep expertise in brand and/or field marketing
Proven track record of building and executing integrated brand and field marketing programs that drive measurable growth
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution
Customer‑first, data‑driven, and highly collaborative
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Fintech or high‑growth technology environments
Startup or pre‑IPO experience building brand presence in new markets
Experience scaling regional marketing teams and agencies
