Schedule: 8a-4:30p Monday-Friday Practice Setting: inpatient/outpatient Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days Types of Cases: Standard Neurosurgery cases Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC Must have an active New Jersey License, Clinical Decision Support (CDS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Facility Location
