We are seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to join our growing insurance defense practice group. Specific experience should be in general liability defense litigation, including construction accidents, property damage premises liability. A hybrid schedule: 1 remote day of your choosing

15 vacation days & 11 firm-observed holidays

Continuing Legal Education

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of premises liability, preparing and taking depositions

Court appearances

Requirements

A JD degree from an accredited law school

Admitted to the New York State Bar

4+ years of experience in general liability defense litigation

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities

Bonus Experience

Experience handling Construction Liability

Familiarity with legal issues related to not-for-profit organizations

Prior involvement in Child Victim Act cases or related litigation
