The Opportunity

As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you will lead the design, training, and deployment of innovative ML and LLM models in production environments. As a Senior Manager, you will drive engineering excellence through hands‑on knowledge, maintaining the reliability and maintainability of scalable AI solutions while overseeing the development of cloud‑native microservices. This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of AI at PwC, leveraging advanced technologies to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

Oversee the development of cloud‑native microservices and CI/CD pipelines

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

At least 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or similar technical leadership roles

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Software Engineering preferred

Demonstrating in-depth abilities in client needs assessment

Excelling in Python and ML frameworks

Managing cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure

Utilizing analytical techniques including machine learning and optimization

Skilled in vectorization and prompt engineering

Designing AI architectures with enterprise application integrations

Championing governance and Responsible AI practices

Mentoring junior engineers and fostering collaboration

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
