We're looking for an experienced
Tax Manager
to join a highly respected client-facing financial services team in Phoenix. This is a career-defining opportunity for a seasoned tax professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment and is passionate about working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of complex tax planning and compliance work, act as a trusted advisor, and help shape the financial futures of clients through proactive strategy and exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage tax engagements for high-net-worth families and individuals
Review and prepare federal and state returns (individual, trust, estate, partnership)
Advise clients on income, estate, gift, and trust tax planning
Serve as a key point of contact for clients with year-round guidance and support
Mentor and develop junior staff while promoting firm-wide best practices
Partner with legal, investment, and client services teams to deliver holistic solutions
What You Bring
8+ years of progressive tax experience (public accounting or financial advisory preferred)
Active CPA license required
Strong client-facing communication and advisory skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Consistent tenure with previous employers
Experience with ultra-high-net-worth clients or family offices is a plus
Deep knowledge of individual, partnership, estate, trust, and gift taxation
Hybrid Schedule :
