Compensation Range : $75,000- $90,000

Job Description What You Will Do:

Collaborate on operational plans to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets.

Lead associates to meet Atrium’s service and satisfaction goals through positive guest experiences.

Utilize brand tools creatively to meet current and future guest expectations.

Ensure preventive maintenance of the property, including mechanical and IT systems.

Manage loss prevention and risk management policies to protect hotel assets and ensure safety.

Engage with associates to improve hotel culture and embrace Atrium’s core values.

What We Are Looking For

2+ years as General Manager with a branded select service property. This ensures you have the leadership experience needed to guide our team effectively.

Previous experience as a General Manager with a Marriott-branded hotel, demonstrating a strong understanding of brand standards, initiatives, and collaborative partnerships with corporate brand teams.

Extensive rooms and Sales experience to manage all aspects of hotel operations and drive sales revenues.

Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business, or related field; or equivalent experience. This provides the foundational knowledge required for strategic decision-making.

Proficiency in Microsoft suite, cloud-based apps, and hotel property management systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Willingness to relocate to embrace new opportunities and challenges.
