Enthusiastically hire, develop, and lead the team to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission. Use operational tools such as Profit & Loss Statement, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and inventory management tools to achieve operational excellence. Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory shipments. Review store environment and KPIs to identify problems and adjust accordingly. Manage cash activities for the store (daily deposits, etc.). Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and ensure all Team Members are in compliance. Own and promote brand standards in alignment with company vision. Ensure store appearance and cleanliness are upheld and consistent with Smoothie King brand standards. Drive implementation of company programs through action planning and inspiring the team to meet operational standards. Develop local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives, including community outreach through marketing and special events. Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments using existing tools and programs, and find new creative methods of recognition. Qualifications
High school diploma required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or similar field preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor of a team in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Exceptional interpersonal skills – energized by working with people. Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes our culture, values, and mission. Act with a “customer comes first” attitude and connect with the customer, discovering and responding to customer needs. Have a bias toward action – do whatever it takes to get the job done. Ability to work the hours needed to run your store effectively, which might include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Company Introduction
