Creator Growth Partner
who lives and breathes art, design, and digital creation. Ideally, you’re already a digital creator yourself or someone who understands what it’s like to build, sell, and engage online.
What You’ll Do
Bring in new creators through outreach, collaborations, and partnerships.
Identify and onboard high-potential creators and sellers.
Build authentic relationships within creator and design communities.
Experiment with creative growth tactics across social platforms.
Work with marketing to attract and convert new users.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in sales, growth, or partnerships (ideally in the creator space).
A creator mindset — you create content, run a brand, or know the digital creator journey.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive self-starter with genuine passion for art, design, and creators.
