Director of Sales Operations & Enablement

Overview Accelecom is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Sales Operations & Enablement who will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our sales go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute lead-generation, sales process, enablement, execution, and reporting initiatives.
Analyze sales performance, forecast trends, and collaborate cross‑functionally to meet revenue targets.
Create tools, training, and resources to enable sales teams to close deals faster and more effectively.
Maintain knowledge of emerging lead‑generation platforms and solutions; perform strategic target addressable market analysis; identify sweet‑spot prospects; work with Inside Sales to drive leads and track results.
Load & assign strategic TAM, website & referral leads into SFDC.
Partner with Network Planning to identify network expansion opportunities; assist with strategic market plans.
Mentor and train sales new hires on Accelecom lead‑gen framework and sales process framework; develop cross‑sell and upsell campaigns; execute sales plans & cadences.
Govern and measure lead‑generation execution using SFDC & Tableau.
Host calls as required by Executive Leadership; assist with weekly executive funnel calls; perform weekly SFDC spot‑checks; produce and contribute to monthly & quarterly board reporting.
Host monthly sales representative performance reviews; host weekly sales training; host monthly lead‑gen execution best‑practices calls; host monthly sales/product/operations enablement call.
Track and share lead conversion and closed‑won & lost insights with sales leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 10 years sales operations experience and 5 years sales experience.
Minimum of 5 years SFDC experience, 5 years telecom experience, 1 year Tableau experience.
Strong analytical, technical, interpersonal, communication, relationship development, problem‑solving, financial acumen and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables, meet deadlines, and exceed annual sales quota.
Experience in a startup‑esque environment and operating in a “grey” setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years enterprise experience, 3 years wholesale experience, 3 years leadership experience, 1 year indirect experience.
Knowledge of BANT, TAS, Challenger Sales methodologies.
Benefits Competitive salary range $186,000 – $284,000 with performance‑based incentives. Extensive benefits available.
