As the Head of Performance & Brand Marketing, you’ll drive the seasonal creative direction across all channels while leading full-funnel growth initiatives that bring our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities Creative Direction & Brand Storytelling Partner with the design and creative teams to define and communicate the brand’s seasonal creative vision, tone, and aesthetic. Build comprehensive creative toolkits—imagery, copy, and guidelines—for internal teams and external partners. Collaborate with influencer, PR, and content teams to shape creative briefs, direct UGC content, and amplify campaign moments. Oversee monthly website refreshes, eCommerce imagery, and email creative direction to ensure brand cohesion.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Performance Own all digital marketing channels (paid, owned, and earned)—including Meta, Google, affiliates, email, SMS, SEO, and loyalty. Develop and execute full-funnel strategies that balance brand awareness with performance-driven growth. Manage the marketing calendar across seasonal launches, collaborations, and promotional campaigns. Oversee reporting, forecasting, and analytics—tracking CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention performance. Build data-informed frameworks to optimize acquisition efficiency and long-term customer value. Evaluate and refine the marketing tech stack (GA4, Looker Studio, Klaviyo, Attentive, etc.) to enhance insights and automation.

Photoshoot Production & Campaign Execution Lead the creative workflow from seasonal design and sales download → channel needs → production → briefing → concept → shot lists (6 seasonal shoots per year). Deliver seasonal toolkits (imagery + copy) aligned across eComm, paid, social, and influencer content. Partner with the production team to bring creative campaigns to life with clarity and consistency.

Cross-Functional Leadership Partner cross-functionally with Sales, eCommerce, and agency teams to align creative, commercial, and growth priorities. Lead and mentor internal creative and digital marketing teams, building scalable processes and fostering collaboration. Manage agency relationships (performance, PR, influencer, creative) to ensure cohesion, accountability, and ROI. Oversee loyalty, retention, and direct mail programs that deepen engagement and brand affinity. Contribute to annual business planning and quarterly creative roadmaps.

Qualifications 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or brand leadership within apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brands. Proven success leading integrated, cross-channel campaigns from concept through execution. Strong command of marketing analytics, creative optimization, and performance metrics. Experience managing both creative and performance-driven marketing teams. Exceptional leadership, creative judgment, and operational discipline. Platform fluency: Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, Asana.
