Responsibilities
Owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for People Services in the AMS region to deliver frustration‑free candidate and employee experiences with optimal cost efficiency and compliance
Leading core HR and Benefit Operations within AMS, ensuring these programs are seamlessly run, compliant, and optimized for strong user experiences
Building and growing an agile team culture through globally standardized but locally relevant processes, systems, and structure
Partnering with People and Culture Leadership to ensure the Services team is enabling AMS business strategy with quality and scale, while identifying and implementing opportunities for shared services
Driving continuous improvement programs and leading service/system launches by collaborating with People Operations Leadership, IT, and Finance
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
12+ years of experience in HR operations and 8+ years leading teams
Expertise in designing optimal service delivery through technology and operations
Certification in LEAN Six Sigma and experience leading teams using Agile methodologies
Strong focus on user experience with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver proactive solutions
Strong business, leadership, and HR acumen with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proficiency in analyzing complex problems and providing actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple projects while adapting to shifting priorities
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
Base Pay Range $168,000 - $240,000 USD
