FullStack is seeking a strategic and results‑oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing organization. In this role you will develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, launch new service offerings, and create impactful sales enablement tools that drive growth and client success. You will collaborate closely with sales, client partner, and marketing teams to translate complex service capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions and external messaging that strengthen FullStack’s market presence. What You'll Be Doing

Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new service offerings to drive growth and market adoption. Develop and deliver impactful sales enablement materials that empower sales and client partner teams to succeed. Equip internal teams with the tools, messaging, and training needed to communicate FullStack’s value proposition to clients. Partner with the marketing team to craft compelling external messaging and integrated campaigns that showcase FullStack’s services. Strengthen FullStack’s brand and market position through consistent, strategic communication and positioning initiatives. What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or a related field. Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required. Advanced English is required. Proven experience developing and launching service or product offerings in a B2B environment. Experience in tech, professional services, or software consulting industries preferred. Strong ability to translate complex service capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions. Demonstrated experience creating sales enablement tools (pitch decks, one‑pagers, playbooks, FAQs, case studies). Skilled at training and enabling sales/client partner teams to effectively sell new offerings. Ability to partner with cross‑functional teams (sales, delivery, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment and successful execution. Familiarity with competitive analysis, customer insights, and positioning frameworks. Experience collaborating with marketing teams to develop collateral, campaigns, and thought leadership content. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Attention to detail and a positive mindset with a can‑do attitude. Ability to take extreme ownership over your work and deliver on commitments to clients. Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week. What We Offer
