Own and execute the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Create engaging, on-brand content including reels, stories, posts, and captions Monitor trends and analytics to optimize performance and grow our following Manage content calendar and collaborate with designers, writers, and product teams Respond to comments and DMs to cultivate an active and supportive community Influencer & Outreach
Identify, engage, and build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors Coordinate gifted and paid partnerships, from outreach to tracking performance Build partnerships with relevant podcasts, newsletters, blogs, and communities Host or support IRL and virtual community activations, events, and collaborations Growth & Strategy
Track and report on KPIs and ROI of outreach and social initiatives Work with paid media team to repurpose high-performing content Stay up to date with trends in wellness, mental health, sobriety, and content marketing
