MCR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition at Kimball International
The ideal candidate will located near Jasper, IN and work primarily from of our headquarters.
Responsibilities:
Support the Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles of Kimball International
Communicate the needs of our customers to our internal Supply partners & external suppliers.
Support continuous improvement of our processes.
Learn and grow/develop in order to contribute to individual and company success.
Work with Sales Operations to secure lead-times on project size orders
Work with Product Line Management in managing product life cycles
Provide BI support
Determine disposition of excess or obsolete inventory.
Maintain product setup in SAP-IBP system
Participation in the monthly SOP Process.
Support & maintain the 5Q planning process in syncing up with the monthly SOP output
Travel to respective suppliers as needed to address any operational issues, establish business relationships, & drive improvement initiatives.
Support and maintain the tow process throughout the monthly planning cycle.

Understanding of SAP-IBP forecasting tool
Qualifications
Knowledge in areas of Master Scheduling, Procurement, Inventory management, Master Data and forecasting
Educational
Bachelor’s degree in business related field or minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience required.
