What You’ll Be Doing As a

Staff Recruiter , you’ll learn how to manage the full recruiting process from start to finish helping clients find top talent and candidates find amazing career opportunities. You’ll be trained in both business development and recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

Learning to source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles

Building relationships with professionals in our core industries

Using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and Bullhorn to identify and connect with candidates

Managing job postings and candidate pipelines

Working closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline.

Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and process improvement projects

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
