We are seeking a passionate and driven Technical Sourcer to be the cornerstone of our talent acquisition efforts. As our first dedicated sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent for our engineering teams. This is a unique opportunity to build a world-class recruiting practice from the ground up, by developing innovative sourcing strategies, implementing impactful recruiting programs, and driving continuous process improvement. Base pay range

Key Responsibilities
Proactively source exceptional talent in a highly competitive market to achieve our strategic hiring objectives.
Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage and attract high-quality, mission-aligned passive candidates.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of key talent pools within Robotics, Research, and AI sectors.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop effective pipeline generation strategies.
Partner with the Recruiting Lead to strategically craft offers that secure top talent.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Champion a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
Contribute to fostering diversity and inclusion within our organization.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of proven sourcing experience, either in-house or within an agency environment.
Demonstrated success in sourcing hard-to-fill positions, with expertise in leveraging various sourcing tools and crafting personalized outreach strategies.
Ability to quickly grasp new roles and requirements, demonstrating adaptability, curiosity, and a high tolerance for change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust, act as a strategic partner, and effectively manage expectations with hiring managers.
Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate challenges, follow up on passive leads, and achieve ambitious outreach goals.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience sourcing software engineers within Research, AI, and Robotics domains.
