Base pay range:

We are a flat, distributed organization with no office. Senior Android Engineers own major features and shape the product. What You’ll Do
Own major Android features, collaborate closely with design to deliver high‑quality experiences. Shape the future of our Android engineering team and influence product decisions. Maintain and improve reliability metrics for key features. Review pull requests and mentor teammates. Handle critical issues and cope with unexpected challenges. Take ownership of feature releases and provide nightly builds for QA. Ideal Candidate
5+ years of software engineering, with deep Android expertise. Experience building or contributing to at least one production Android app. Strong product design intuition and user empathy. Passion for Android UI/UX and continuous improvement. Kotlin, Coroutines, Flow, Dagger 2, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Jetpack Navigation, Background Services. Excellent communication and continuous feedback loop. Self‑driven to go beyond specifications. Bonus
Open‑source Android contributions. iOS, Web, or Node.js experience. Technologies
