Gulfstream Staffing has recently partnered with a rapidly growing wound care organization. We are currently seeking candidates for a Regional Vice Presiden of Sales & Operations opportunity.
The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for the performance, growth, and operational execution of multiple markets. The RVP is a growth- oriented local leader and primary connector between central leadership and field teams. Success is measured by market performance, provider productivity, revenue cycle performance, and overall team development. This is a hybrid position requiring regular in-market travel.

Business Development & Market Growth : Leads regional sales efforts with a focus on supporting business development team in generating referrals, especially with high-value accounts. Operational & Clinical Leadership : Oversee regional operations, including patient intake, scheduling, provider coverage, and quality of care. Team Leadership & Development : Recruit, onboard, and coach business development and clinical team members in coordination with functional and national leaders. Regional Vice President Qualifications
years of healthcare sales leadership (wound care, home health, skilled nursing or related strongly preferred), operational leadership a plus. Proven track record in multi-market management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize data and act decisively. Experience leading teams, including clinicians and business developers.
