The opportunity Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager strategically manages and promotes sales culture within a retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals. They guarantee consistently high customer experience within the Store per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.
Your Daily Adventures
Support the Store Manager in managing day‑to‑day operations to meet key performance indicators and profit and loss expectations.
Assist with recruitment, training, development, and succession of high‑performing team members.
Communicate and demonstrate Brand values, attitude, and culture.
Ensure successful implementation of programs, policies, routine and seasonal initiatives, and specific store needs.
Develop clear action plans with the Store Manager to achieve objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Take accountability for training and execution of all in‑store areas, including business, operations, and sales/customer service.
Support team members to ensure a great guest experience, including product education and in‑store transactions and omnichannel programs.
Help with recruiting, onboarding training, and overall performance management activities.
Engage in career discussions to reinforce team growth and personal development.
Move dynamically on the floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs.
Resolve guest feedback and address emergent issues, including escalations and emergency requests.
Execute Health and Safety Standards & Covid‑19 requirements with the Store Manager.
Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members, focusing on professional development.
Your Toolkit
3+ years of experience in a similar retail management role.
Hiring Range
$50,000 annually.
