Responsibilities
Analyze market positioning, strengths, and weaknesses of key competitors to inform strategy
Gather and interpret customer insights and buying behaviors to support segmentation and decision-making
Conduct and apply market research, incorporating business context to guide recommendations
Communicate how our organization compares within the industry and identify emerging trends
Contribute analyses that support marketing plans and business performance metrics
Collaborate across teams, building strong networks and leveraging feedback to enhance outcomes
Work on complex problems independently, demonstrating ownership, prioritization, and continuous learning (including exposure to financial modeling)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
2+ years market research experience
Experience/ expertise with Tableau, PowerBI, Qualtrix
Demonstrated success presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences and influencing stakeholders through strong communication skills
Proven ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions to business problems
Track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments
Experience driving alignment and influencing outcomes without direct authority across cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to navigate and execute within complex organizational structures, policies, and interdivisional processes
Candidate is expected to work a hybrid schedule, local to Stryker's Weston, FL location. Relocation available.
