Description We are seeking a Senior Manager of Investor Relations (IR) to join as a critical member of Copeland’s IR team. This role will serve as a strong #2, be the right hand to the VP of IR, and will be instrumental in supporting the overall IR strategy.
We are looking for an energetic and self‑motivated team member who has strong relationship‑building attributes. The job requires a broad interest in the Industrials and the HVACR sector, or a desire to learn the industry.
Reporting directly to the VP of IR, the ideal candidate is passionate about IR, a professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment, and has the desire to build a best‑in‑class IR program for a growth company.

As The Senior Manager Of Investor Relations, You Will
Partner with the VP of IR to develop and execute the overall IR strategy, aligning with the company’s long‑term business objectives
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute on deliverables related to earnings and all other IR‑related materials
Develop content and provide critical support in quarterly earnings release process, including presentation slides, script development, Q&A preparation, and coordination across teams
Maintain investor CRM database and consistently track meeting information and notes
Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking consensus estimates, analyst models, and other benchmarking data sets
Maintain a master IR calendar for earnings and all relevant internal and external events
Lead event management and assist in planning for investor conferences, non‑deal road shows, HQ events, bus tours, analyst & investor days, industry tradeshows, and other events
Support preparation for investor meetings, conferences, and non‑deal roadshows by updating presenting slides, compiling background briefs and creating follow‑up materials
Lead and own third‑party partner relationships and related procurement process
Lead content development and maintenance of the IR website, including fact sheets and all related corporate content
Support VP of IR and senior leaders in drafting executive‑ready presentations, key messages and Q&A materials
Provide support in managing sell‑side and investor relationships; participate in and support analyst and investor meetings, conferences and events
Monitor and summarize daily news, market trends, industry news, and sell‑side research reports related to industry peers, competitors, and customers
Prepare peer benchmarking analysis, valuation summaries, and investor targeting reports
Provide support in handling various lender inquiries as needed
Act as a resource to broader teams inside Copeland and perform ad‑hoc projects as needed
Required Education, Experiences & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, related field
5+ years of broad business or finance experience, strong preference for direct IR, investment banking, buyside, or sell‑side research experience
Strong financial acumen and proficiency of financial statements
Exceptional prioritization and organization skills; ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and independently execute responsibilities with attention to detail
A positive, collaborative, and team player attitude
Experience working with C‑suite executives and handling confidential information with discretion
Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to distill complex information into clear messages
Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Ability and willingness to be nimble to quickly adapt to dynamic situations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Required travel of 10%-20% domestically
Preferred Education, Experiences & Skills
MBA or CFA
Good knowledge and familiarity of the capital markets is preferred
IR or capital markets’ experience is a plus
Preferred experience in IR tools (e.g., FactSet, Bloomberg, Ipreo, Nasdaq Insight, AlphaSense, Q4 Inc.)
