Overview EDWARDS is looking for an experienced and goal‑oriented leader to drive the commercialization of the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) portfolio globally. This role will enable global expansion and build lasting, trusted relationships with medical professionals and stakeholders to ensure patients receive the treatments they need.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of global marketing strategy, campaigns, and metrics.
Direct activities with responsibility for planning, budgeting, and prioritization.
Develop deep understanding of TMTT markets, customers, and patients to strengthen plans.
Lead strategic global positioning, messaging, and campaign development for new therapy launches.
Work closely with regional marketing partners to identify opportunities and barriers to growth.
Build and foster collaborative relationships across global marketing, medical affairs, clinical, R&D, and training.
Manage multiple functions, scope, and locations with financial budget responsibilities.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for complex marketing initiatives.
Provide strategic input to influence business decisions and solutions.
Direct line management with robust talent development plan.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and related marketing experience.
Demonstrated track record in people management.
Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry; preferably cardiovascular.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years related experience or 10 years with an MBA.
Previous leadership experience building high performing teams.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Expertise in marketing concepts and principles.
Strong clinical, disease state, and product knowledge of Edwards products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).

$156,000 – $221,000.
