Position Summary

The

Vice President of FP&A

and Treasury will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for financial planning & analysis, budgets, forecasts, liquidity management and additional strategic and treasury activities. This role will partner closely with the CFO and other senior leaders to deliver strong financial results, support prudent decision making and ensure disciplined financial execution across the company’s business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, partnering with finance and operations leadership

Analyze business performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership

Develop and prepare financial modeling for capital investments and acquisition/divestiture activity

Develop and prepare financial modeling for long-range strategic planning

Prepare financial reporting for leadership and the Board of Directors

Treasury Management

Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization

Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and covenant compliance

Monitor interest rate, foreign exchange and commodity exposures; implement appropriate hedging strategies

Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with treasury policies

Leadership & Strategy

Build and lead a high-performing FP&A and treasury team

Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting, and analytics

Partner to the CFO and leadership team to deliver on the company’s strategic objectives

Support M&A due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance tracking

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred

12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of leading a financial planning & analysis function in a complex, multi-unit environment

Treasury experience is preferred

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills

Collaborative and team oriented approach

Expertise in financial systems (e.g. Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
