Overview As a Client Services Consultant, you will lead WWT Services sales efforts with regional Fortune 500/Enterprise level customers across all verticals. You will build and nurture relationships, identify gaps, and deliver state‑of‑the‑art solutions in areas such as Infrastructure Modernization, Multicloud Architecture, Security Transformation, and Digital Strategy.
Responsibilities
Grow WWT’s Services business by leading a consultative services sales process for assigned accounts and regions.
Identify and develop new work opportunities and extension of existing work.
Prepare budgets and pricing, create and deliver proposals, and contribute to statements of work.
Actively drive closure of opportunities with account teams and coordinate smooth transitions of awarded engagements from sales to service delivery.
Serve as the single point of contact for Services sales and maintain relationships with key clients.
Support forecasting of future resource requirements and monitor and report on services health and finances.
Negotiate with WWT suppliers, OEMs, and service delivery partners on scope, pricing, and delivery methodology.
Qualifications
Reside in or near the MN/WI market.
10+ years of experience defining, selling, and delivering large‑scale services engagements.
Proven consultative sales experience with a history of successful consultative sales.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and critical‑thinking, problem‑solving aptitude.
Ability to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes in complex project/program scenarios.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation Base salary range: $140,000.00 – $170,000.00 annually. Compensation may include variable incentive compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
