Overview The TelevisaUnivision US Enterprise team seeks a motivated Account Executive to work closely with Enterprise Clients across the US. The goal of the position is to drive revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, understanding client needs, and developing customized sales strategies within a target category vertical by delivering strategic solutions supported by TelevisaUnivision’s vast solution capabilities and extensive media portfolio.

Your Day

Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Effectively apply Hispanic consumer insights and research resources to build a compelling business case for clients.

Engage and work closely with targeted brand managers and C‑Suite to help them understand the opportunity of Hispanic consumers.

Prospecting and lead generation: identify and qualify potential client relationships to build an active pipeline through outreach, referrals, and industry events.

Relationship building: develop and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers at client organizations.

Needs assessment: understand client business challenges and objectives to tailor media solutions by leveraging TU’s capabilities and portfolio.

Solution selling: present the value of TU offerings, craft compelling proposals, and close deals.

Partner with internal teams to implement sales solutions and communicate extensively with sales leadership.

Stay on top of industry trends and market intelligence on prospect accounts.

You Have

Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of media marketing/sales experience.

Minimum of 2 years in Streaming/OTT, Social, Digital, or Audience/Advanced TV.

Experience in client‑direct sales/business development working with decision makers.

Experience leveraging data and insights to create a compelling business case.

Excellent communication skills, strong presentation, client engagement, creativity, and storytelling abilities.

Well‑organized, disciplined, and detail‑oriented.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Eligibility Requirements

Willingness to work from an office in New York City, Los Angeles, or Chicago.

Employment/education will be verified.

Willingness to travel.

Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Compensation Base pay range: $120,000 – $150,000 + bonus + benefits.
