Job Overview
Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a Senior Cook (Full Time) to prepare and cook high quality menu items consistently with company standards.
Location & Schedule
Adobe SF – 601 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103.
Full time Monday–Friday 6:00–2:30.
Compensation
$24.00–$25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
Prepare a wide range of entrees and menu items following established recipes and HACCP guidelines.
Operate and clean cooking equipment after each use, performing scheduled routine cleaning.
Store, label and date food items according to policy, keeping organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products.
Follow federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and company sanitation procedures.
Assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completing required documentation, reports and logs.
Assist in the cross‑training of employees and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous culinary experience required.
Ability to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
