$110,000–$140,000 + Production & Origination Bonuses (OTE up to $200k+) Benefits:

Description
Our client, a well-respected law firm serving New Jersey and Southern Pennsylvania, is looking for a Real Estate Foreclosure Attorney to join their team in Cherry Hill, NJ. You’ll work closely with senior partners on a variety of commercial litigation and foreclosure matters, including note enforcement, REO, landlord‑tenant, and creditor‑side bankruptcy cases. Success in this role requires knowledge of the end‑to‑end foreclosure process, the ability to argue motions in court, and experience managing creditor‑side legal matters. Ideal candidates will be licensed in NJ or PA and possess a strong understanding of creditor‑side foreclosure law. Responsibilities
Represent financial institutions and creditors in foreclosure and commercial litigation
Manage foreclosure cases from initiation through post‑judgment resolution
Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and property laws
Draft and review legal documents including complaints and motions
Advise clients on foreclosure procedures and property rights
Argue motions and hearings before judges in NJ and PA courts
Collaborate with partners, associates, and paralegals on active cases
Manage and mentor assigned paralegals and support staff
Maintain organized and up‑to‑date case files
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
Licensed to practice in New Jersey or Pennsylvania required
2+ years of litigation or foreclosure law experience required
Creditor‑side foreclosure experience required
Knowledge of foreclosure laws and real estate regulations required
Legal research and case management software experience required
