This technical role allows you to influence, invent, and design system architecture across multiple product and technology spaces (Alexa devices, IoT devices, etc.). Key Job Responsibilities
Design and develop sophisticated application framework components for cross-platform device ecosystems. Create flexible software architectures that support seamless integration across RTOS, Linux, Android, and other operating systems. Develop core framework software managing inter-process communication, lifecycle management, event handling, and security. Collaborate with product teams to create scalable, high-performance software solutions. Evangelize best practices and promote software reuse across the Amazon organization and external customers. 3+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience. 2+ years of non‑internship design or architecture of new and existing systems experience. Experience programming with at least one software programming language. Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
