Bardy Diagnostics, Inc. (“BardyDx”) is an innovator in digital health and remote patient monitoring, focusing on providing the most diagnostically accurate and patient-friendly cardiac and vital signs patch monitors in the industry.
We are looking for Account Executives passionate about digital health and helping cardiac patients through our innovative remote patient monitoring body sensor technologies. Ideal candidates will have medical sales experience (preferably in Cardiology or EP) and B2B sales experience, with start-up or small company experience preferred. Senior Account Executives will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, building, maintaining, and growing business in their territories, and exceeding sales quotas. This involves capturing market share in physician practices, hospitals, academic/institutional accounts, and emergency departments within their geographic area.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement a territory business plan and sales strategy.
Increase revenue by promoting BardyDx’s core products and services.
Build relationships with Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurologists, and Emergency Medicine physicians to drive product adoption.
Manage relationships with physicians, staff, and hospital administration.
Spend approximately 80% of your time in the field promoting products and services.
Understand customer needs, improve customer experience, and develop sales tactics to grow market share.
Operate ethically within company budget guidelines.
Train staff, physicians, and administrators on product usage and billing codes.
This role requires approximately 90% local travel, with up to 40% overnight travel.
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in medical sales (preferably Cardiology or Electrophysiology) and B2B sales is preferred.
Experience selling to hospitals, including Emergency Departments, is a plus.
Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel within the territory and occasionally overnight for training and trade shows.
We offer a competitive compensation package. The estimated annual pay range is $80,000 to $110,000, based on experience and market factors. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. We do not sponsor visas at this time.
