Product Analyst

Salary: $92,880.00-$160,788.00
Summary The Product Analyst will be accountable for coordinating designated work efforts, escalating issues, and supporting associated areas to ensure a successful EHR implementation and ongoing operations.
Responsibilities
Leverage HCA ITG ITSM products and tools in accordance with ITIL standards.
Respond to ITSM queues and customer issues within defined SLAs.
Work directly with the customer to resolve escalated issues.
Collaborate with service operations, product, and vendor teams to resolve, prevent, and eliminate customer technology issues.
Communicate relevant product information to the user base and stakeholders, including sending flash messages for incidents, events, enhancements, and changes.
Analyze customer issue trends and provide permanent fixes and automation.
Track development fixes and publish to customer base and ITG.
Provide training and education materials for diverse user bases.
Leverage ITSM Knowledge Base for tier 1 analysts and publish knowledge articles for users.
Own and participate in change validation testing and patching validation.
Gather and document business, user, functional, and non‑functional requirements for in‑scope products.
Work with vendors to ensure compliance with HCA IT expectations.
Establish and maintain data integration between applications.
Maintain solid business relationships.
Ensure HCA and vendors abide by contract commitments and license requirements.
Provide data flow diagrams for applications and infrastructure.
Coordinate downtimes, upgrades, and change schedules.
Track changes to products via change management process.
Add infrastructure and CMDB assets/relationships as needed.
Own lifecycle management of assigned applications and infrastructure.
Decommission applications as needed.
Maintain vendor contacts and support matrix necessary for ITG Operations.
Ensure proper monitoring/alerting for availability and performance.
Provide triage documentation for alerts.
Provide afterhours/on‑call support.
Resolve simple to complex production support issues.
Requirements
1+ year(s) of experience in healthcare technology in an implementation or support role.
1+ year(s) of experience in supporting healthcare integrations and data standards (HL7, CDA, etc.).
Basic understanding of data analysis and networking.
Understanding of HL7 (preferred).
Healthcare experience (preferred).
