Job Responsibilities :
Knowledge of QuickBooks, general ledger, account and bank reconciliations, budgeting, accounting software 75% Accounts Receivable 25% Accounts Payable Financial statement preparation & financial reporting Prepare & examine accounting records, taxes & other financial reports Assist Administrator in business operations Provide excellent customer service to client and tenants Qualifications :
3 years previous accounting experience required Previous property management experience desired AP / AR experience Knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Expertise with accounting software & reporting tools Communicative with strong people skills & ability to interact with all levels Immediate Interview!
