As an
Executive Search Consultant , you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and managing
senior-level Accounting & Finance professionals
— including CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, Tax Directors, and Finance Executives. You’ll work closely with Partners who each manage
15+ active searches , supporting them on candidate delivery while developing your own client relationships over time. This is a
full-desk recruiting role , ideal for someone who thrives in a
fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
and wants to take ownership of their success. Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute full lifecycle search processes across multiple executive-level roles simultaneously. Partner with leadership to source, qualify, and engage top Accounting & Finance talent for PE-backed and middle-market clients. Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted consultant and advisor. Contribute directly to revenue growth and support the firm’s scaling objectives toward $20M+ annual revenue. Maintain organized workflows and ensure exceptional candidate and client experience through consistent communication and follow-up. Ideal Profile
2–3 years of recruiting experience , ideally in Accounting & Finance or executive search. Proven ability to deliver results with
$350K+ annual billings
or a strong track record of placements. High sense of urgency , grit, and resilience — thrives in a high-performance environment. Entrepreneurial and self-managed , with strong ownership of goals and outcomes. Coachable , eager to learn, and adaptable to feedback. Confident communicator with the ability to engage
executives, CFOs, and senior stakeholders . Experience working with
PE-backed or middle-market clients
is a strong advantage. What’s on Offer
