Senior Associate
to join a
Building Assessments team

VP and Director-level positions also available
for experienced candidates.
You’ll be at the forefront of the
property condition assessments team , working directly with owners, operators, and institutional investors across the
full building lifecycle
— from acquisition through long-term capital planning. This is a leadership role with real impact: managing inspections, mentoring staff, and shaping service delivery across a national platform.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage property inspections and technical due diligence
Guide clients on capital planning and building performance strategy
Oversee reporting, quality control, and team coordination
Collaborate with leadership on growth, client relationships, and innovation
Mentor junior staff and contribute to training and technical standards
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years in architecture, engineering, construction, or facilities consulting
Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and capital forecasting
Experience managing people and client‑facing project work
Excellent communication and technical writing skills
Must be based in or willing to relocate to
Dallas, TX
(relocation supported)
