Senior Personal Injury Paralegal
who is ready to take ownership, shape systems, and help scale a premium PI practice from the ground up. What You’ll Do
Advise the Managing Partner on best practices for building a top-tier PI firm. Design and implement efficient systems that allow the practice to grow smoothly. Mentor and support staff, fostering a client-first culture. Manage PI cases from intake → demand → settlement/litigation. Draft and organize demand packages, discovery, disclosures, and exhibits. Handle medical records, billing, liens (Medicaid/Medicare), and reimbursements. Communicate with clients, providers, adjusters, and opposing counsel. Maintain deadlines, calendars, and case notes in Clio. What We’re Looking For
4+ years of Colorado PI paralegal experience
(pre-litigation and/or litigation). Strong expertise in medical records, billing, and lien resolution. Skilled at drafting persuasive demand packages. Highly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven. Spanish language skills
a huge plus. Why Join Us
