What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the integration of Workday VNDLY with various external applications to enhance customer contingent labor programs
Design and implement technical solutions that meet customer requirements and ensure seamless data synchronization
Collaborate with cross‑discipline deployment teams to gather customer requirements and deliver creative solutions
Provide support for clients in Australia, adjusting work hours as necessary to align with their business needs
Leverage technical expertise to optimize how customers manage their contingent workforce using the VMS platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must be available to work 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST for adequate coverage of the Australian time zone
Minimum of 5 years of implementation experience with Workday or VMS software applications
At least 5 years of client‑facing experience in technical consulting, requirements gathering, and solution design
B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Management Information Systems
Proven ability to lead integration projects from planning through execution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Workday Integration & Workday Studio Certification
Proficient in Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, Java, Python, or other integration technologies
Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical teams and business stakeholders
Experience leading presentations and requirements gathering sessions
Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills
