The HR Assistant provides essential support across various HR functions to maintain smooth operations and a positive employee experience. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Recruiters in updating/screening candidates’ application within HRIS system. Assist in various Engagement-Development programs Assist in the creation and audit of employee records Provide backup support to the HR Specialist Responsible for coordinating and maintaining the student-intern-volunteer onboarding process in compliance with LCHC Policies. Responsible for coordinating and assisting during LCHC’s New Hire Orientation Program. Required Skills or Abilities
Understands and supports LCHC’s faith-based approach to holistic care. Promotes a culture of dignity, respect, and compassion in all interactions. Ability to manage and audit employee records to meet accreditation standards. Ability to build rapport with candidates, staff, and hiring managers. Capable of presenting information clearly during orientations and training. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR data. Required Knowledge, Experience, Or Licensure/Registration
1-2 years of experience in administrative setting. Experience in healthcare or nonprofit settings is a plus. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, Word Experience coordinating projects
