Overview
Intuit is seeking Seasonal Credentialed Tax Experts (Bilingual Spanish) for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you. What You’ll Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations. Manage product/software inquiries and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language; utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise. Interact with customers in a virtual, video-based environment and document interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN. Bilingual English/Spanish (written & spoken) communication skills. Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and enhancing the brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes. Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria (must have or be willing to obtain). Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base pay with pay-for-performance structure. The expected base pay ranges by location include: Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 New York: $28.80 – $36.50 Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 Washington, DC: $28.80 – $36.50 Note: Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular pay equity analyses across ethnicity and gender. This position may be eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and other benefits as per applicable plans.
