Position Purpose We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support the Sales and Marketing team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a passion for providing outstanding administrative support to drive hotel sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing team.
Coordinate sales meetings, client appointments, and hotel events.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Assist with tracking sales leads, client databases, and CRM updates.
Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Support executive-level tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Requirements
Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative coordinator, or similar role, preferably in hospitality or sales.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred knowledge of Delphi and HMS (Hotel Management Systems).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and a commitment to professional excellence.
