Area Investment Executive
At Regions, the Area Investment Executive leads the Regions Investment Services program within their designated market. In collaboration with the Consumer Banking Executives, Consumer Banking Managers, and Wealth Management partners, this position is responsible for setting the overall investment services strategy to provide exceptional service and ensure appropriate branch coverage by both licensed bankers and Financial Advisors. This position manages and coaches the Financial Advisors in overall performance and skill development. This position partners with the Platform Investment Consultant to ensure appropriate staffing, coaching, and training of licensed bankers within the market. Incumbents are expected to have the series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) registrations or be able to obtain them within twelve months of employment.
Primary Responsibilities
Develops and implements an area plan that supports the bank's growth strategy, including accountability for revenue growth, production growth, and expense management
Develops strategy to ensure appropriate coverage of branch network through the deployment of Financial Advisors and the licensing and coaching of bankers
Supervises Financial Advisors in the execution of investment and relationship management to offer a broad range of investment solutions and products to meet customer needs
Inspects performance, provides appropriate feedback, sets expectations, and supports development to achieve goals
Recruits, hires, and ensures proper assimilation of new Financial Advisor within the branch network
Performs compliance responsibilities as a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) / Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Designated Supervisor
Promotes partnerships to deliver the Regions 360 experience
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Five (5) years of experience in investment services or related fields
Certifications / Licensures
Series 7, 65, and 63 or- Series 7 and 66 securities registrations (or the ability to obtain above registrations within 12 months of employment)

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include : experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
Job Range Target : Minimum : $131,143.10 USD Median : $181,510.00 USD
This role is eligible to participate in a commission incentive plan. Employees have the potential to earn commission based on performance against defined metrics and goals. Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
