Lead the end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Architect and deploy ServiceNow solutions across modules: ITSM, ITOM, HR, GRC, Vault, SPM, Automation Engine, CMDB, and more. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party tools, ensuring seamless data flow and robust security. Develop and implement strategies for data migration, workflow automation, and performance tuning. Ensure that ServiceNow solutions meet the highest standards of reliability, scalability, and security. Lead code reviews, quality assurance testing, and deployment planning for ServiceNow updates and new features. Produce detailed technical documentation for system designs, configurations, and integration processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance. Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow updates and new features, and continuously recommend improvements to the system. Build custom applications and develop AI-powered ServiceNow integrations. Oversee integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms. Serve as a technical lead and mentor for other developers, guiding the team in ServiceNow development and best practices. Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 10+ years of ServiceNow experience (with 5+ years architecture and implementation experience). Familiarity with AI integrations and federal compliance frameworks. Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or similar certifications preferred. Familiarity with ServiceNow's ITOM capabilities, Service Catalog, and Reporting. Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools (Jira, Jenkins, GitHub) is a plus.
