Metro Area Sales Manager - Cleveland West, OH
Join Stellantis as a Metro Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive revenue and development for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships in Cleveland West. The ASM serves as the key liaison between dealers and Stellantis, forecasting sales objectives, ensuring inventory meets market demand, scheduling vehicles, analyzing dealer performance and leading independent entrepreneurs to higher performance.
Responsibilities
Serve as liaison between dealers and Stellantis, assisting with retail development
Forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line and ensure dealer orders meet market demand
Manage monthly vehicle scheduling to maximize production capability within the area
Review minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and consult on improvement opportunities
Analyze dealer financial statements and consult on operational improvement
Ensure advertising and marketing initiatives align with corporate message and branding guidelines
Maintain proper sales satisfaction levels at all dealerships
Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher performance while meeting internal goals
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of sales or marketing experience
Live in or near Cleveland, OH or willing to relocate
Ability to work in fast‑paced sales environment
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in new‑car automotive dealership environment
Ability to multitask in fast‑paced work environment
Excel at building positive working relationships
Entrepreneurial individual with history of leadership and achievement
Self‑motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals
