Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sales

– Full‑time role reporting to the Senior Technical Recruiter, supporting the full recruiting cycle for all Sales positions. This position is based in West Los Angeles, CA, on a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days onsite per week).

Role and Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a variety of sales roles, including reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews, and closing.

Successfully manage 10+ active requisitions while maintaining a high quality of hire.

Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, create engaging job descriptions, and devise efficient recruitment strategies.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through creative sourcing, networking, and recruiting tools.

Serve as the candidate’s point of contact throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience and clear communication.

Maintain accurate and timely data in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).

Collaborate closely with HR during the offer process and background checks.

Provide updates and reporting on hiring activity.

Assist with market and compensation analysis and competitor insights for job postings and offers.

Work with the Recruiting team on project, process, and interview training.

Support other administrative tasks or functions as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and a minimum of 3 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience in a technical industry, OR High School Diploma with 7 years of experience in a technical industry.

Minimum 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience within an agency or high‑volume corporate environment focused on manufacturing, defense, aerospace, or technology roles.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience using an ATS system (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, etc.).

Demonstrated experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Dice, etc.

Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.

Office environment.

Campus recruiting, career fairs, etc.

Lift equipment up to 20 lbs.

Compensation California pay range: $80,000 – $100,000 USD per year.
