Neonatologist – Health eCareers (Miller Children’s and Women’s Hospital, Long Beach, CA)
Overview Exciting Neonatology Opportunity in Sunny Long Beach, California! Join our dynamic team at Miller Children’s and Women’s Hospital, a premier Regional Level‑IV NICU with an average daily census of 55 and approximately 1,400 patient admissions annually. We pride ourselves on providing top‑tier care with the support of our Maternal‑Fetal Medicine physicians, OB Hospitalists, and a full range of on‑site pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties, including a renowned pediatric cardiovascular program.
Responsibilities
Provide neonatal care in a Level‑IV NICU environment.
Collaborate with Maternal‑Fetal Medicine, OB Hospitalists, and pediatric subspecialties.
Participate in residency and fellowship programs with UCI and Children’s Hospital of Orange County.
Engage in continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives.
Utilize services such as maternal/neonatal transport, whole‑body cooling, iNO, palliative care program, telemedicine, and Small Baby Unit.
Qualifications
Board Certified in Neonatology (BC/BE Neonatologist).

Base compensation $240,000 – $375,000 with bonus potential.
