Job Requirements
Licensed Physician – MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire.
BLS Tier 1 – Basic Life Support – Multisource required within 180 Days.
PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support – Multisource required depending on business unit upon hire.
Board Certification or Board eligible by the American Board of Dermatology or in Dermatology by the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology upon hire required.
Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate upon hire required.
Prescription Monitoring Program upon hire required.
National Provider Identifier upon hire required.
Physical Demands Medium Work*: Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequently
Pay Range $450,000 to $540,000 per year. The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full‑time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
