As Director of Global Strategic Insights – Neuroscience, you will be responsible for strategic insight generation, helping define the long‑term strategic vision, and commercial strategy primarily for Teva’s neurology late‑stage and inline assets. You will translate scientific innovation into long‑term brand and business value. We are seeking an experienced strategist who will serve as a key partner to global product teams, R&D and commercial regions. You will integrate market research and data, forecasting, competitive intelligence and analytics to shape brand and access strategy decisions, optimize launch readiness and drive long‑term growth. This role can be based in the US, the Netherlands or the UK. How You’ll Spend Your Day
Insight Generation: Lead global market research and data integration to guide brand strategy, positioning, access and investment decisions. Forecasting & Planning: Support brand performance tracking and long‑range planning through scenario‑based forecasts. Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity and pipeline developments. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Global Product, R&D and commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment across the portfolio. Leadership: Serve as Teva’s neurology market expert and trusted advisor to senior leadership; mentor junior team members and manage external vendors. Travel: Approximately up to 20% travel to support key meetings and cross‑functional planning. Your Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years in pharma/biotech commercial functions, including insights, forecasting or analytics. Deep understanding of neurology (schizophrenia, neurodegeneration, rare neurological disorders). Proven ability to influence global, cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders. Experience supporting global or regional brands, including product launches. Strong analytical, storytelling and communication skills. Market research or data agency experience a plus. Compensation
The annual starting salary for this position is between $174,320 – $228,795. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range include geography, skills, education and experience. Benefits
