Position Overview This is a remote Specialist, Paid Social role. Candidates may be located anywhere in U.S. time zones; preferred locations include Eastern or Central Time zones. The role reports to the VP, Social Media and may support interns. Key responsibilities involve direct response, lead generation, and e‑commerce accounts across multiple verticals.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage campaign creation, audience/targeting development, ad creation/iteration, tactic selection, and performance reporting.

Review creative, audience, and bidding performance; monitor budgets for all active client campaigns.

Design and implement tests that move the needle; track and report on test outcomes.

Develop creative concepts, track performance, and ideate new creative options.

Compile detailed reports, uncover insights, and suggest solutions to enhance campaign performance.

Ensure all ads, budgets, and settings are correct for each client.

Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to improve account offerings.

Support corporate initiatives, process changes, and other duties as needed.

Communicate account structures and performance goals to clients and internal teams.

Contribute to tactical strategy development for full‑funnel media, platform expansion, and cross‑channel integration.

Own execution on larger accounts, including account builds and platform launches, with minimal supervision.

Who You Are

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

2‑4 years of paid social campaign management experience.

Impeccable attention to detail and project ownership skills.

Inquisitive nature and curiosity to analyze data daily.

Proficiency in building ad campaigns across various user interfaces.

Ability to tell a data story, focusing on why data behaves as it does.

Excellent written communication and team collaboration skills.

Laser focus on professional development and eagerness to attend trainings.

Desire to understand Amsive’s full‑service offerings, identify upsell opportunities, and add value to clients.

Nice to Haves

Testing principles knowledge and disciplined testing approach.

Understanding client customer needs and desires.

Experience with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Snap, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter, Pinterest, and other platforms.

Familiarity with Google Analytics.

Facebook Blueprint Certification preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana.

Knowledge of Product Catalog/Commerce Manager and Pixel across major social platforms.

Experience managing complex accounts or brands with multivariate strategies.
